In October 2007, I signed a contract with J & K Homebuilders for a large, monumental in my eyes, remodel job. This was a scary day, I had lots of questions and they were very patient with me answering everything sometimes several times over. I have had a couple of bad experiences with contractors, builders, and repair type people so I was apprehensive. J & K Homebuilders employees did everything in their power to make me comfortable with the entire process. I had a plethora of concerns, but the thought of allowing a group of strangers into my home while I was not there was the worst. But, I have to say that this has been a wild ride with some wonderful people. I lived in the house during the whole process along with my dog and cat, while I must admit I have never seen so much dust in my life the whole experience was very positive. J & K Homebuilders employs extremely polite dedicated personnel; everyone I came into contact with respected me, my animals, and my property. They did professional work as professionals. The contracted job is near completion and I have to admit that this has been unforgettable, I have learned a lot from some very patient people, and will soon have the beautiful home I planned for. I appreciate all of the hard work, the blood, the sweat, the memories and some tears that were left in my home but a truly professional group of people.
